She advised Shawna Yates, then the center’s health care director, that she was ending her association with the centre simply because of Greer and his sexual improvements. Yates refused to acknowledge the woman’s complaint, the lawsuit statements, expressing “I never want to listen to about it.”
Greer subsequently contacted the woman and informed her the centre “was sending me back to rehab again,” and that led her to seem into his earlier.
In accordance to documents from the Alaska State Health care Board, Greer experienced pleaded responsible to DUI in 2013 and prison mischief for leading to home problems in 2015 and unsuccessful to report the convictions to the board in a timely manner.
Underneath a consent settlement that Greer signed in December 2015, the medical board place him on a three-12 months probation, stating he was remaining investigated for reporting violations and “concerns about his potential to safely apply drugs.”
“In addition to the felony convictions, respondent had several prison and civil issues relevant to the extreme use of alcoholic beverages, which ended up dismissed by the courts,” the agreement states. In accordance to courtroom citations, the dismissed rates provided misdemeanor assault, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possessing a weapon while intoxicated.
